That has now been fixed with the PS5 system update 20.02-02.50.00. The fix stops PS4 discs installing older game versions after those games have already been upgraded. As far as India is concerned, that is a bit of an issue. With only the Disc Edition being released in the country. Gamers in India can only play games using discs, so that is a bit of an issue.
